  5. Step 1:

  7.      Create a directory where you want the WinPool Program, and data files
  8. to reside.

  10. Step 2:
  11.     Copy the Zipped WinPool file, and the VBRUN100.DLL files into the
  12. created directory.

  14. Step 3:
  15.     Unzip the zipped WinPool file.
  16.  
  17. Step 4:
  18.     Choose the 'New' command under the File entry on the menu bar in 
  19. Program Manager to Create a Program Item for WinPool.
